This summer Royal Purple sponsored the Second Annual Show it Off at SEMA Contest. Up for grabs, two vehicles would be invited to display as Feature Vehicles as guests of Royal Purple at The SEMA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center Oct. 30 – Nov. 2. After a round of online voting to select the top ten vehicles, all finalists were asked to submit additional photos and spec sheets to a panel of judges who would determine the two winners.
One of the winners was Todd and Stephanie Foust’s 1965 Mustang Convertible “Black Diamond.”
Built by Classic Restorations of Southern Indiana, under the hood is a Ford Racing Boss 374 by Demon SixShooter and Ford AODE by Bowler Performance. Front end suspension is a modified Total Control Products (TCP) Coil-Overs & Power Rack & Pinion. The rear-end is 9″ with TCP G-link & Coil-Overs & Anti-Roll Bar. Wheels are a one-off design from Forgeline with a custom center lock. Riding on BF Goodrich tires Front P215/35ZR18, Rear P275/35ZR18. Brakes by Wilwood, Front 13″ and Rear 12″. Interior by Cutter’s Custom Stitchin’ and Custom Millwork provided by C. Cook Enterprises.
